Horrible customer service! No one greeted us, actually no representative was seen in the first 5 minutes we were there. When we finally saw a sales person they passed us by only concerned about the dynamics they had with their coworkers. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere and we won’t return.
Staff seemed snooty. Acted like I was bothering them. Sat in about 30 different recliners. Seat padding was pathetic. Quality is not like the old lazy boy. If you want true comfort you'll pay $2800.00 + for a single recliner. Go with Flexsteel. About 1/2 the price. Seat cushions are thick and comfortable.
When we moved we bought a few pieces of furniture from La-Z-Boy. Very happy!
Don't waste your time or money. Spent thousands of dollars, my delivery was two weeks late and once they called that the furniture was in, it would take another 2 weeks to schedule delivery unless I went to warehouse 2 hrs away to pick it up. After I paid for delivery because they only come to the store once per week and to my area every two weeks. Makes sense (heavy sarcasm). Also on the day of delivery they could give me no information on where the delivery was. They are worthless and incompetent. An example of unqualified people in charge of things that they're not capable of handling. The outlet store in front of this store is closing, and I wouldn't be surprised if this store wasn't far behind with the feeble minded people running it/working there. Take your business elsewhere. I certainly will be in the future.
Very well made furniture. You do have to pay for quality.
