Heather was fantastic. Did so much for us, more than most would do anywhere. Can’t say enough good about her and how happy we are with our purchases. Will definitely be back to get more and will continue to have Heather to help us in the process. Wonderful experience, more than 5 stars.
We worked with Joe and he was very helpful, polite and thankfully not pushy. He gave us our space but was also attentive. He worked with us and was able to save us even more money on top of the Black Friday deals which we greatly appreciated.
Ashley was our salesperson and did an amazing job. Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly- not pushy. We shop all the furniture stores in the area depending on who has the pieces we want, not just based on price/reputation, but Ashley was someone we’d come to again.
Our sales guy was great at the Merrillville location. However my couch was delivered broken. I called customer service 15 minutes after the delivery guys left and they told me they were already too far away to come back and that someone would call me with details on a new delivery on Sunday. I gave them a good contact number and my name. The lady called me to set up a delivery for Tuesday and I asked her what happened to Sunday? Her reply was that was earlier and I can’t offer that delivery now. She said she had tried calling. I told her I never received a call. She said there’s three numbers on the account. I told her I gave them the number to call when I called with the problem. I told her it was unacceptable that now we have to have people over on New Year’s Eve that we’re supposed to be sitting on new furniture. However now they cannot sit on our couch because it’s broken. I’m very disappointed with the way customer service handled the situation!
Had a great experience buying a beautiful bedroom suit with salesman Jason! My husband & I were looking for a solid wood set. Jason was very informative of some great selections. We didn't feel pressured & he even handled our "side bar" of "I want this...you want that" very well...lol. I was also very pleased with delivery. Maurice & Roy were prompt, kind & very helpful. Great staff all the way around. We will definitely be back for more furniture needs. Thanks Jason...
