The furniture has a nice look and the prices seem reasonable.
HOWEVER, We were followed around the store by a sales person in the most uncomfortable manner imaginable. She was never further than a handful of feet away, and she never would interact with us. Instead, if we turned around, she would quickly turn and pretend to be working on something (fluffing a pillow, organizing papers, etc). She went out of her way to avoid eye contact.
Super friendly and genuine salespeople. Sonya was the best!... clean and very cool store layout. Excellent prices. They even offer a Bob's cafe if your thirsty or need a pick me up! Even a clean restroom! We bought a new mattress and they even let me know to wait a few days and get a better sale price! Beats all the competition!
Robert Patterson was our sales associate today and we cannot say enough good things about him! He's very knowledgeable, helpful and definitely not a "pushy salesman". He greeted us when we walked into the store, asked what our furniture needs were and steered us into the right direction. He let us browse, was not right behind us with every step and yet was always nearby when we had questions. We were skeptical about Bob's Discount Furniture at first, but from the minute we walked into the door, until we finished our purchase, we were EXTREMELY pleased! We will definitely be shopping at Bob's for any future furniture purchases! If you need ANY furniture for your home, shop at Bob's and ask for Robert Patterson!!
Staff was welcoming and d/t my difficulty walking, offered to push me around the store in their wheelchair. Was interested in power recliner, explained all features of chairs available and demonstrated them. I purchaced my chair, and set up delivery. I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes or less! Delivery team was prompt, professional and polite. Installed the chair in my home and assembled it, demonstrated it to be sure I understood everything, and took all trash when they left. Here and gone in 15 minutes or less. Very impressed and would recommend others to shop there.
It was creepy. So awkward it was almost laughable. Almost.
I'll never be going back to this location again, maybe will just avoid this while chain of furniture dealers.
Robert Patterson was AWESOME today!!! I've never been to a furniture store and received this kind of one on one attention and them be so willing to work with MY needs and switch the items out in a package deal to my liking. I'll totally be back here to upgrade the rest of the house bit by bit for SURE! Thank you so much for all your help Robert! You helped make this visit perfect to the T!
