I had the same experience as another customer on here. Reclining love seat is just over a year old. Could tell something was loose. Started to seperate. Called because we bought the extra warranty. Of course its not covered even though the salesperson, Anita, told us anything, anytime, no questions asked. Once they have your money, they don't care about your satisfaction. Store manager said its normal wear and tear. After a year? Come on. I could see if it was 20 or even 10 years old I wouldn't think of complaining but a year? Hope this helps anybody else thinking of shopping here. If you work hard for your money, think twice about wasting it here.
I have not received delivery yet however the shopping experience was extremely easy and pleasant. Marianne was the salesperson. Outstanding service! Thank you!
I just discovered this store and it’s great! The furniture and decorating items and accessories are classy. The prices are reasonable and the staff was helpful without being pushy. I walked the store twice and both times saw things I had missed before. I can’t wait to go back! They even carried my items out to my car for me.
We had a wonderful experience at Art Van. Are sales lady, Marianne, was professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. The display floor was way better than other furniture stores we had visited, lots of good items, can’t wait for my furniture to arrive!
