Finally on day 4 it was stated, I the customer would pick up my own assembly products. Did you call and verify, did your team communicate? Unfortunately no one did because as the customer I shouldn't have to call you on 4 different occasions about a service you didn't complete.
If I could get to this screen without choosing at least one start it would be nothing! Very poor and unprofessional customer service! This guy whom calls himself Ron represents your business poorly! He need training on how to talk with customers, leave the sarcasm at home or on his personal time! Accused me of talking to someone a few days ago, even after I informed him, he insisted on telling me I did! Wow how rude! If you want this man to represent what your business is about, disregard what this customer is saying if not retrain him!
I called the store next day and stated I didn't recieve my delivery. The answer I received I wasn't here? I was baffle and thinking to myself: What kind of customer service training is this? So I was told again someone will call you. Never happened! Now Day 4 no finished tables , glass missing, no tabs to hold in place , and my lamps still sitting on floor. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE.
Have better stuff online than in store and no credit check
They interest rates are too high better off doing a layaway.
I went to the store on a Friday to choose coffee table and end tables. The delivery was setup for Monday. The delivery guys delivered the tables but I inspected each piece and notice the tabs missing and the coffee table glass didn't fit and the glass was chip noticeable. The store was notified and I will recieve the remaining pieces next day. Never happened!!
