Like this place for their selection, pricing, and customer service. I had a minor issue in the shipping process but they took care of it right away. Ryan is a great guy really helped me through everything. I'm coming in to get my next set of furniture.
Talk about disappointing. Walked in and saw 3-4 employees helping 1 customer, no one welcomed me. The floor is all torn up, ceiling has holes, dust on everything, no one has attempted to dust the dressers before opening because a previous customer wrote on one of the dressers. I walked around searching for the item I saw online and knew I was going to buy, only to find that the price on the wall for that mattress was $250 more than the online price.
Extremely poor quality furniture, only lasts 2 years, overpriced, very poor customer service once you make a big purchase, still waiting to hear back from corporate
Still determined to make the sale, I walk the back to the cash registers that's by the break room only to get a strong smell of Marijuana. At that point I've been in the store for 20 minutes or so and 2 employees have walked right past me and still not one word from either of them.
Bring cash and work out deals. Don't buy any warranties. The stress u save is worth more than money. Great cool furniture and the best prices. U want top of the line furniture, go pay 12,000$ for a couch. This place is what it is. Good products and even better prices.
This place is horrible I placed an order paid in full to Gabriel Sanchez who claims to be the manager on March 3rd paid $1600.00 for a living room set...couches ,end tables,lamps... queen bedroom set and a bunk bed set with mattresses and was told to wait 6-8 weeks ok fine. At the six week mark I received everything but queen mattress and box spring with frame ... bunk bed frame. I called every week only to not get any information on when the rest will be delivered.. so here we are at the 12 week mark mind U everything was suppose to arrive 6 to 8 weeks... and they deliver me some bullshit ass mattress and box spring that is two inches away from the ground.... who the he'll suppose to be able to sleep on that... it's a mat literally. I call to get on refund not on everything since the only problem is with the mattress and box spring they tell me to come in only to tell me that it was impossible and he (Gabriel Sanchez) was not trying to be funny in which it wasn't a laughing matter in the first place... to get my money back. I can get in-store credit as if I was thinking of purchasing anything else from this establishment. Um Hell No... I want what I gave U back.. I WOULD NOT SHOP HERE AT ALL.... if I could click no stars I would
