Pretty bad when store manager can't answer Questions about the air flow on these beds.
Worse bed I've ever owned and the customer service to return it was a horrible experience! Read the fine print because they don't give your money back right away if you don't like the bed and it will or "can" take over a month to get the money even though they quickly take it out of your checking account without any issues!!! Just remember whatever the sales person tells you is said twisted and the bed is just a glorified air mattress. We hated it and was extremely uncomfortable and we we're told that it was because we didn't buy their pillow! 3,000$ bed and I need a 200$ pillow come on!!
