Well... they don't provide house keeping everyday. You need to tell them a day prior. Except that everything is fine. Easy access to the staff all the time is a plus. I can recommend this motel if you are looking for cheap price and calm stay.

I had a one night stay in Knights Inn Merrillville. I would like to convince everyone in USA that if you are finding the hotel management who takes care of everything regarding hygiene from bed covers to food, then the motel is highly recommended. Rooms were neat and clean. Prices are justified and affordable. Beds were comfortable, I enjoyed sleeping.
The Best Motel i experienced ever in USA!! The rooms were neat and clean and the staff was really cooperative. Every thing was just perfect.
As per my understanding, the new management and staff has taken over the charge and the motel is maintained excellently by them. The managing staff is very much friendly and welcoming, whenever i called them i found them at service.. Rooms very very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Nice motel for the pricing.
I guess this is old deluxe Inn. But they changed their name recently. Well I have to say they did a good job with remodeling and organizing stuff.They even provide service at middle of the night too. Everything looks clean. Cheap price but good motel.
