Got here at 7:30. got seated. got drink orders in food order in at 7:40. didn't get any food until 8:30 and only got half of the fiod we ordered. half of it that we did get was wrong. server wanted to argue with us. Had to go up front to ask for manager at 8:30. had to go back up front to ask for a manager again 8:40. manager comes over wish the excuse we are extremely busy. gets an attitude with me right away and even more after I mention the customers behind us arrived after we did got their food and left before we even got our food. did not offer to fix anything.
Took almost an hour to get breakfast. The table next to us, seated after us, with more people got served first. Then the food wasn't hot and my silverware was dirty. Love Denny's but very dissatisfied with the service
Then server was coming by with the other part of the order manager called the server back over to the front. this has got to be the WORST Denny's I've ever been to in my life. I will never step foot in this location again. The server did not bring syrup for pancakes. chicken way over cooked mayo on a sandwich when asked no mayo. server said that was the cheese not mayo. salad with no dressing on it. And all of this was brought to the manager's attention and all she wanted to do was get an attitude about it.
Horrible service and food. Never we come back to eat here.
We waited an hour just for the food. I wish we would be walked out like we were going to. When it finally came, the hottest plate on the table was the baby's Mac and cheese!!! We specifically asked for that first so it could cool down. Management didn't seemed concerned at all. No apologies... NOTHING!!!! Never Again will we eat there. NEVER AGAIN
Absolutely horrible. The heat was on full blast so we were very uncomfortable the whole time. Let me also say the place was dead, we were this girls only table. She took our order and had to come back like 3 times to ask what vegetables we wanted because broccoli was out, how we wanted the egg on a burger cooked and if I still wanted my pancakes because there was no cream cheese. The burger with the egg was brought out and it had sauce that was specifically asked to not be put on and there was no egg! Then for the vegetables we were brought cold carrots. My pancakes were brought out and it was two pancakes with whipped cream and they were supposed to have cream cheese, chocolate sauce and whipped cream. She didn’t even brought syrup I had to ask for it. I ran out of my drink along with others in my group about half way through the meal and was never brought more. We sat a very long time after finishing before we were brought a bill (which she was carrying around) even though there were three employees at the register chatting. The waitress kept asking if we were mad at her and said it wasn’t her fault it was the managers fault. Come on, no it’s not. Needless to say she got no tip and we will never go back which is a shame because the food is usually good and well priced.
