I always get good food and good service here! Love the half price appetizers @ 9pm.
The food was fine, the service was really good. The only issue was that we had a somewhat large crowd in my order was forgotten. Overall everything was fine!
I went during happy hour on a Thursday a few weeks ago. Two coworkers and I met for appetizers and some cocktails. Our first server was a lot of fun- I don't recall his name. However, he went off-shift and was replaced by one of the most inhospitable waitresses I have ever experienced, especially at a chain restaurant. I believe her name was Erin. Not only was she nasty from the first time she came to the table, she honestly cut us off after 3 drinks! We tend to talk and laugh a lot when we're together, but we definitely were not drunk or overly-rambunctious. I'm not sure what her problem was, but she cost that restaurant some regular customers. They were lucky to have us as patrons; the place was a ghost town.
Otherwise, I'd recommend it.
We've been there with the family more than a dozen times. The food is generally good and the servers are generally friendly. I haven't really had a reason to complain about the food. However, they manage to seat us all too often under a vent, which in the warmer months means I have a strong blast of cold air running down my back. It's very unpleasant, and it's happened more than a couple of times.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I only had an appetizer and a drink. The bartender Lindsay is friendly and her drinks are great. Spinach dip is just ok but the shrimp was great.
