My son has Autism and had been watching videos of Chuck E Cheese so he was exceptionally excited when we went on Monday around 1:00pm. The crew was so friendly & nice to him. Raquaya was particularly nice. She really made the experience special. The only thing we were disappointed about is not having the big stage anymore which was one thing he really wanted to see. But the crew was great!
The manager Lexi went above and beyond to make sure our group had an fantastic time. I cannot EVER say Thank you enough to her for being so amazing!
We went on a Tues in the mid afternoon. There were only 2 or 3 employees but they had multiple groups there on field trips. My 3 year old was excited to go since it was his first time but many of the games weren't working. I told an employee about the ski-ball not working. A man came out of the back to look at it. No one reimbursed us our lost credits or did anything about it. That was one game out of at least 5 that didn't work. I didn't even bother saying anything since no one working seemed to care. We left without using all our credits. The booths were also covered in garbage from people who had already left.
Google doesn't allow enough stars to truly say how incredibly **AWESOME** our party was. We celebrated our sons 7th and our daughters 3rd birthday tonight and "Wow!" doesn't begin to explain the experience we got.
The kids had fun. The pizza is ok. Its kind of dirty. Couldn't find a clean table
We have had Chuck E. Cheese parties at other locations and this one has beat them all. The place was impecibly clean (and it was packed for a Saturday night party)! There wasn't a single "sticky" spot in the entire facility. The restrooms were spick n' span, fully stocked. We are SO SO SO very pleased and so thankful! Our kids had a wonderful time and we plan to visit regularly!
Great experience for playing the games because they have so many to play & many little rides for the children we brought here. But I wouldn't recommend going on a Saturday, that's when a lot of people are there. Parties & non party people & barely any seats. Don't really like the card thing now, love using tokens out of my hand. Now you have to try to remember how many games your kids play or rides your kids get on in order to know how many points they have used off the card or you have to keep going to the check amount machine to make sure they have enough left to finish playing. They run out of ice in the ice machine too much...the people that work there are great servers & they try their best to help with the games & if your having problems with your order & the soda machine
