Me and my husband love shopping at jb Robinson !
Good at selling items horrible at customer service. Purchased a ring for daughters birthday and it needed to be sized. Salesperson told me to make it more convenient for us ring could be forwarded to our local store. The int was back from sizing on the 20th, called a week later and they said it was not sent for no reason at all, I asked them to please send it. Three days later I called again, ring has still not been sent. I was told they did not do it over weekend , no reason given, and with Memorial Day yesterday it will not go out till tomorrow. Horrible Customer service, no care or apology from the store, and smug rude comments from a worker named crystal. Please save time and angst and use one of the many other places in the mall. If they can't get a small purchase correct no way we will ever use them for larger things. Horrible.

I got all my jewelry from jbr & love each one of them.Never had any problems with my jewelry. Life time warranty.....thts wht I'm talking about......
Joe is is amazing helpful men ! Always trying to give us good price he's never pushy he became family friend . The jewelry is very elegant and price is great never had any problems !
My husband and I went shopping for my Christmas gift together this year. We stopped at JB Robinson's first, and I loved the style of one ring in particular. The gentlemen showing us the piece was amusing and attentive, and we had a good time shopping there. However, when we said we need to look at another place before making a purchase, he let us know that the only two stores in the mall not a part of the same company were Zales and Rogers and Hollands. We were fine with that information, but he then continued to say that if we went to Rogers and Hollands that we would absolutely be back to purchase from him. My husband and I were quite turned off by his ego, and we found a much better quality piece for a much better value at Rogers and Hollands.
