Shopped here looking for an engagement ring, I just didn't feel as though I got the attention, also I stopped back in for a second visit, the person I spoke with didn't know who I was, but also had no record of who I spoke with the first time and no idea what I was looking for. I guess the first person didn't record any notes?
I'm fairly new to Merrillville so i thought I would check it out, decent selection of jewelry, the sales person was fairly helpful, just wasn't quite feeling the vibe. not bad though!
We buy all our jewelry and watches here (both me and the wife). I have lived in the region for 16 years and many of the staff at this store have been there that long or longer and have been taking care of us all along. They know their customers and know how to treat them right.
My husband took me to the Merrillville store to see wedding rings for our 39th anniversary. Valerie Teslow was amazing! Also, the store's jeweler was there and soldered my rings right away, so I walked out with an amazing bridal set on my hand. What a fantastic experience! Such a beautiful piece of art to celebrate our anniversary. Thanks Helzberg!
