A week goes by, and I was in the mall and I go in to make sure the right one was ordered. Come to find out, the woman who helped us NEVER told him, nothing was even ordered (the old one including) and she no longer works there. We now have to go in and order the ring we want, to pay the difference.
My husband and I both got our rings from there. When my husband got my ring(and bands, they came together) EVERYTHING was already put together like we already got married. But the problem was, we were not. We were going to go on vacation- and he needed it fixed. The manager said it would have never happened unless it was put on the order sheet to be put together, and it was not. So it got fixed. I ordered my husband's band, and when I got it back, there was smudges on the band. I pointed it out, and the associate said the jeweler must have thought it was the best they could do because it's hard to dye that part of the ring. BULLSHIT! So they had to send it back.
The next day, my husband calls and the assistant manager said she will call him back, NEVER DID. We have busy lives, so we forgot about it. I call myself and talk to the store manager, explain the situation. We go in the next day because he is working, and he is with a couple. We work with the same lady everytime, and she said to pick out the new one you want, and we will give you a call when he is done with the customers. We walk around for about 30 minutes, no phone call so we go anyways and she said he knows about it, and will order the new one for you the next day. NO PHONE CALL to even let us know!
My wedding bands were black diamonds and rhodium played black and when they soldered them they did a awful Jon they are crooked and they rhodium played them in the wrong color I always have problems at this Fred Meyer
They are selling extremely low quality diamonds for outrageous prices, if you bought jewelry from them especially diamonds, I would have them appraised. Do your homework! They got me for 7,000. Appraiser told me the diamond earrings I bought were barely worth 200$. Do not buy from any Fred Meyer jeweler and please always I repeat always do your homework and if you buy check return policy and get it appraised.
Worst experience ever. They do not call you back, there is ZERO communication within their store and it is the most frustrating experience ever! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!! I am warning you now!!!!!
Recently, my husband's band started scratching and a diamond fell off. We have been married for 5 months, and it looked like we were married for 5 years. We take it in, and we ask if he can get a totally different ring that won't fall apart. They said they can't make a decision without a manager. But they are going to order the same one in the meantime. They tell us to call the next day, because the assistant manager will be working. So we leave with them having our ring.
