Went there to buy speaker cables & showed the guy a cheaper price & he told me that they were probably made from coat hangers. Really dude.
The employees aren't exactly helpful. The selection and prices are decent though.
Great experience here. Asked for help finding a speaker set with turntable and Pete really helped out alot. Tried a few different speakers, also introduced my wife and I to some new songs. Great prices and deals, will definitely shop here again.
Looks like they hire people that don't know what they are doing.
Do not recommend! The place is totally disorganized! Bought a used Bose speaker from them. I bought at this store in Merrillville, to be shipped to the same store. I was notified that my items arrived o Wednesday 25. Went there to pick up, the guy who was in the front brought one box. I told him that supposed to be another box. He went to the store storage and found out that they didn’t ship the speakers complete. I went to this store 4 times, to pick up my speakers and until now I don’t have it complete. Now is missing the subwoofer cables. I will never buy anything from them anymore
Took a guitar for repair. I had to go to the center to check on repair. They have it for 3 months. Not repair yet.
