Customer service leaves a lot to be desired at Best Buy pricing and sometimes competitive but much better prices are found online and it Amazon. The staff is not the friendliest and not often times trained and the way of customer service some of the staff that has been quite informative and giving information or pushing product that they've been prepped to sale. Overall you know what you're getting when you go to Best Buy you go to bed to Cash & Carry whatever the product is and get a Hands-On test of it but I would suggest that you check online sources first.
Fantastic, my Mom and I went in there because she was having trouble with her Google Pixel phone. Stephen was miter than willing to help and was extremely patient and polite with my Mom. She doesn't live in the area. So when she has trouble I always tell her to take her phone to best buy because those people are always willing to help me and explain what's wrong.
I returned something I thought I wasn't going to be able to return without a receipt. But not a problem because they were able to get the receipt by using my credit card. It would have been nice to have a credit to my credit card account instead of a store credit.
Employees are great, they go out if their way to help their way to assist customers. And they take time and effort to explain to customers. Really impressive.
Always have the ability to get in and out at this location. Most of the salespeople are extremely knowledgeable of the products they are selling. The attempt to up-sell runs rampant unless you go in with a very clear understanding of what you want and what you need.
