Absolutely horrible customer service. Can never.I mean never get anyone on the phone. Won't be going to that location or any of the locations in merrilville area for squat
This location isn't my favorite GameStop, but it's due to something out of their control: size. For a small location, they have a large selection of product packed in there, but at the same time, it doesn't feel cluttered or jammed in. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They keep up to speed with upcoming releases and are typically able to answer questions about the new games coming out. If they don't have a a product, they are always happy to look for other stores that have it in stock.
