I ended up with the wrong USB charging cord. Brand new still in box, never used. When I finally got to store to exchange (3 weeks), not get a refund, they refused because it is past 14 days! I can see if I used it - whatever! That will be my last trip there
Fast service. Took a while to get everything done but I did have three new lines to add to companies account. They did put on protection covers made sure all the tablets were powered up.
Mum mom and I had fantastic experience working with Deveon! She needed to become an authorize acct holder and make some changes due to my dad's passing. Deveon listened too her needs and recommended the best plans for her use! He and the Mngr really took great care of us, while updating and streamlining the accts!
