The experience I had at Subaru of Merrillville was A+. My salesman, Joe Amore, was well schooled in his trade, explaining and promoting all the positives of owning a 2018 Subaru Outback. During the test drive all the new and improved features were highlighted. For me, that was all I needed to make my final choice. Joe negotiated a reasonable price, presented it fairly and we closed the deal. I felt that Mr. Amore made the transaction that much easier. Many thanks to a problem free mechanical history with my 2010 Outback at Subaru of Merrillville and with my new 2018 Outback.
Watch out for the service department! If something does not sound right get a second opinion. You might save thousands of dollars.. Hey Subaru of Merrillville...my transmission is still fine..and drives awesome!!
We had a great experience at this dealership from Joe our salesman to the gentleman in finance. They were quick and efficient. They took their time answering all our questions and made sure we were comfortable in our decision. We had our 7 year old daughter with us and they were so wonderful to make sure she was entertained and asked multiple times if we needed anything to drink or snack on while we waited since we were there around dinner time and drop quite a distance to get there. We will definitely be returning as repeat buyers to this dealership. I had read some mixed reviews about them and I can definitely say I did not experience a single negative thing while there purchasing our vehicle. I feel they went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

We gave them our information and when the 2018 Forester arrived we came in and worked with Andy in finance who had everything ready. We had minimal waiting and overall it was a fantastic experience!
