The service department is great. Very professional and always accommodating. I always get the best customer service when I come in and speak with one of the service writers.
Everyone knows how stressful car shopping can be and it took me going to 5 dealerships before I arrived at Lexus of Merrillville. I met my sales person Marc Lovejoy over the phone first and from there I was blown away by the genuine customer service. Marc Lovejoy knew that I did not have a car at the time and even extended an offer to come and pick me up to bring me to the Lexus dealership. (This hands down was the best part of the experience). Mr. Lovejoy kept his word and arrived on time! Once we arrived at the dealership to my surprise every possible vehicle option we discussed was pulled up and ready for a test drive. I found a Car and was on my way all smiles! Overall I am in love with my car I am happy to have met Mr. Lovejoy and Roxanne who also made every bit of the financing part less stressful with her genuine passion to see me walk away with the car I wanted. I do not doubt that you will also enjoy every bit of the service that Lexus of Merrillville provides. Thank You!
General manager is a liar. He did not do satisfactory work to my car. He Lied about the repairs. The door lock on my passenger door did not lock anymore. It wasn't like that when i brought it to them. They kept saying they'll fix it and they didn't, excuses after excuses. They don't take care of your car at all here. I would recommended taking it somewhere else for service this place is bad because it's private owned.
Great overall! Joe was my salesman and understood exactly what I wanted and was a huge help! The customer service was top notch, and they really put a meaning to the name, Lexus of Merrillville. Roxanne and Johnny were there also to help me through my car buying experience. Everyone was friendly and they truly gave me the best of the best! Will be back! Thank you!!!
