I purchased my car over a month ago. It started with an exhaustive search online that spanned over 3 months. Once I narrowed my choices down to 3 particular vehicle models, I found several at other dealers only to be disappointed by the offering being sold just before I made my purchase, to dealers unwilling to relocate a vehicle to one of their lots within short driving distance.
After the test drive, I inspected the vehicle. It was very clean with hardly a scratch on it. The engine and trunk were also very clean. The car looked nearly brand new so I decided to purchase it.
My purchase experience was fast, quick and easy. And I got my car at a really great price! And I drove away in a couple of hours very happy with my purchase! I had some questions and concerns after the sale. But they were addressed and handled very quickly and promptly. Now that's service!

ALWAYS, ALWAYS BRING A MECHANIC WITH YOU....before you buy. Car over heated a few days after I bought it. Called Jason, and he said bring it in. I thought it was just the thermostat that just got stuck( it did not over heat on my way to work but leaving work is when I seen the huge spouts of smoke coming from the engine.) Apparently it wasn't. The car completed over heated that same day that I called him about it and I was stuck that night for a while in Chicago until my boyfriend arrived. I didn't bother to call for a tow because I was so pissed. I called today to see if he would tow it (Jason) to fix it and he sent a tow guy but now the car is impounded. This situation should have never happened to start with, but it's my own fault. The car was a 2013 Dodge Journey. I owned a few cars and old ones at that and never had anything major happen within a few days span of owning them. It's my own fault to not have had a mechanic before hand to check the car. Just BUYER BEWARE. Again, bring a MECHANIC or someone who is knowledgeable about cars! I wish I would have done that because it would have saved me a headache.
