They guys did an awesome job, totally confident and in control of a daunting task. They even had 2 extra guys come to help and discounted their labor.
My company designs, installs and service custom aquariums. We've been in business for over 17 years and frequently use moving companies to get our tanks in place.
I used Jeff's Movers last week to unload a very large and very heavy custom aquarium at a new client's home in Hebron Indiana. I requested a team of at least 4 men as it needed to be brought there very narrow corridors and down a staircase, all without damaging the home obviously.
A year ago we used Jeff's and couldn't have had a better experience. Thought we would use them again and poor poor customer service from the office. No follow through, and rude. What a shame! Moving on....
We had a wonderful crew! The moved us on a very hot and humid day and took very few breaks. I was worried because they are paid by the hour that I would have to keep on them to keep moving. The drove themselves. The rotated breaks so that someone was always working. They wrapped every thing very carefully and treated it with care. They even took apart and reassembled out sons combination pool table/air hockey table. Kudos to the group that moved me. I would use them again.
No doubt, next time we are working in central Indiana, I won't hesitate to call Jeff's again. Thanks!
We used Jeffs movers to move to Arkansas. Quite satisfied. They moved us on a day when it was snowing and cold. No one complained about the weather. My belongings were in storage for over a month and I felt there rate was very reasonable. I was impressed on how they moved some very heavy and awkward furniture and put into some very difficult places. The office staff was also very pleasant to work with.

On June 17th, 2017 Jeff's movers moved a friend of the family for me. Not only were their prices reasonable but the service was phenomenal. There were three men (Jason, James and Phil) and one truck. They were very professional and packed the belongings like they were their own. They also did not slack or take their time (considering you are charged by the hour) they moved quickly and were very organized. I also want to make it known they are very trustworthy with your belongings because they moved the bed out and found money under and it wasn't just a few dollars and returned to the owner. I would recommend this company to any of my family and friends. We will definitely be using them down the road again. Those three men are great employees and they are what made my experience with the company amazing.
