Best hamburgers around, however absolute worst service possible. They gave away my order to the person after me. After waiting 20 minutes while the order for the person after me sat there getting cold, I told them that I had not received my order. The girl took my receipt, went in back and never came back to me. She waited on several more people and never acknowledged me again. I asked for a refund and was told they don't give refunds! But I had not received my hamburger yet! Finally got my hamburger. Never an "I'm sorry" "thank you" or any acknowledgement that they screwed up and made me wait 30 minutes for my hamburger. I know good help is hard to find, but this kind of service will ruin a business. I probably will never again visit the southlake mall Schoops.
