HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... I GUESS THEY JUST DECIDE WHEN THEY WANT TO CHARGE GRATUITY WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE. WHEN ASKED THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING IN HIS RESPONSE. HE RESPONDED " I SEE 6 PEOPLE, SHE IS A HUMAN ISN'T SHE" , WHEN REFERENCING TO A 1YR OLD BABY. I WANT TO ENCOURAGE OTHERS IN THE COMMUNITY NOT TO PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE AND WE AS PAYING CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO TOLERATE UNPROFESSIONALISM . WOULD YOU CONTINUE TO SEE A DR. THAT WAS RUDE TO YOU? WOULD YOU CONTINUE TO ALLOW SOMEONE TO STYLE YOUR HAIR IF THEY CONSTANTLY MADE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL COMMENTS ABOUT THE TEXTURE AND LENGTH OF YOUR HAIR? I HAVE SENT OUT AN EMAIL TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE BUT STILL NO CALL. I WONDER HOW CONCERNED THEY ARE ABOUT THE BUSINESS??????
Poor service. Waited forever for waitress to acknowledge we were already seated. Ordered food and will say NEVER get the Cali Chicken Sandwich was really bad not edible at all. You could get a better sandwich at McDonald's for way way less. Will never come back here again. The rest of our order wasn't pleasant either. Last time I'll be coming here.
