This place is very slow. You will call in your order in for 1 pizza, they say ready in 15 minutes, you get there in 20 and still wait 15+ workers arent very professional at all. And i just believe they dont have enough workers. They 1 star is because their pizza isnt bad at all
Went there and they informed me i needed to wait a hour for my pizaa cause they ran out of dough. How does a pizza place run out of dough. There goes the jot and ready concept.
If you pre-order and get put on hold, drop the phone and go elsewhere. You will be on hold for ever, until noticed then they will hang up on you. Never go in after 5 pm, as the wait for a hot and ready pizza is typically more than 30 minutes, sometimes over an hour after they apologies for the wait to others, give them free pizza's, which makes your wait even longer... smart people... if no one is waiting, it's not a prime time, enjoy your food, is one of my favorite places to go for pizza.
When I got there, they were completely out of pizza. They told me the wait would be 15 minutes and it ended up being 30 minutes. They were completely out of bread dough??? So I couldn't have cheesy bread. I ordered the six hour pizza with extra pepperoni and cheese. The pizza I got did not have extra cheese, in fact there were spots on my pizza without cheese. I am not from this area but when I visit this area again, I certainly will probably not order from this location again.
