On my third, and probably final, visit here, I ordered pizza and apple pie. When I returned, my pizza was perfect -- it was the correct type and baked just a little longer as I had requested. However, they were out of apple pies. The system should have noted that so the CSR would not have been able to enter that into my order, and they could have let me know before I returned to pick up my order.
Today I placed a online order for delivery, I have been waiting for my pizza for almost 2 Hours and I live less than a mile away, I called to check on the status of my delivery only for the first guy on the phone to tell me my driver should be here any minute, I called 40mins later and JIM first said he couldn’t find my order then he said that he doesn’t know when my pizza will be here, but it will be here.... instead of possibly finding a ETA for my pizza he asked if I wanted him to just cancel it instead.... no Jim I love Pizza Hut & I ordered from you guys for a reason... but I’ll be sure to never order from there again.
Great customer service both in person and over the phone.
They were very rude, instead of the cashier charging me the full price he only charged mr half the price. When i got the pizza it was warm, but won't be ordering from them again. Their attitudes were nasty
The food here is fine but systems and service are awful. I have been to this Pizza Hut three times and literally every single time something has gone wrong. If you want an accurate order and no hassle, go to another Pizza Hut location or try another pizza restaurant altogether.
Employees that answer the phone have no idea what they are doing. I doubt they even know what’s on the menu.
On my second visit here, when I returned to pick up my order, my pizza was completely wrong. I ordered supreme but received a pepperoni. Had I not checked the pizza before I left (which the CSR should have done before bagging it), I would have gotten all the way home with the wrong pizza. I had to wait around for the correct pizza to be made.
Literally every visit something has gone wrong. I am not sure I will be back.
On my first visit here, I ordered, paid, and left to run an errand. When I returned about 20 minutes later, my pizza was not ready. The customer service representative (CSR) who took my order went to the back to find out what was going on. The food prep representative said my order had never appeared on her screen in the back. When the CSR returned to the front terminal, she could not find my order on the screen. I left with no pizza.
