it took 45 minutes to have something delivered to my place of work which is right down the street! i understand that it is the holidays and the traffic is crazy in the mall area as well as other orders being placed before mine, but 45 minutes!!! it took my WHOLE lunch hour to have something to be delivered!! i could have went and came back in that time frame! smh
Nasty attitude. Constantly screw up orders. Will not give refunds. I've had it with this place. The last two times I ordered here, I gave the delivery person a $4 tip and she rolled her eyes and said, "That's it?" Mind you I had it delivered across the street since I work in the mall AND the sandwich was completely wrong. Would not refund me. Today I walk in at 11:15 a.m. when the place is suppose to be open, and a co-worker said, "Uh... we are still doing inventory and not open yet." (Even though online and their door says 10:30 a.m.) DO NOT USE THE MERRILLVILLE, IN LOCATION!

I purchased a #14 (Bootleggers) sandwich on the19th of October around 7:11pm from the Jimmy John's on Mississippi Street in Merrillville, Indiana. I got home and ready to eat the sandwich and the bread was as hard as a rock. I called back and a Julia answered the phone. She claimed to be the night manager. I told her about the bread. Because I did not get the receipt she claimed there was nothing that she could do. I described every worker that was in the store and what they were doing when I came in (including her). I asked for the General Manager's name. Julia could not give out that information but she was able to give out the General Manager's work schedule. I asked if this store was a franchise. Julia said, "yes". I asked for the owners name. She also couldn't give out that name. Not that it matters, but this is the last time I eat from this location.
