manager name Alonzo was very rude taking my order via phone. Poor greeting, and poor customer service.
Took 2 hrs. Food arrived cold and stale
Food is always delivered hot and is pretty tasty for a chain pizza store. The staff is friendly and very accommodating when you need something changed.
They don’t deserve a star too, but to just write the review I have to rate them. They took 1hr20mins to deliver my order even the driver forgot the side items which we paid already and when we call to the store to check the delivery status the reply from the staff was too rude and when I asked to speak to manager they just hung up on me.
This 5 star is for Brittany. I called to inform the manager that my food was not correct and my overall experience.She was very kind and made sure to fix the order. Wonderful service from her. Thank you appreciate it!!
