Who do they put in charge of answering calls? I called 3 weeks ago to schedule an appointment for new onset enlarged thyroid and I told them I had no insurance, they said no problem just bring in your checkstub. 3 weeks 3 appointment verification phone calls, 2 appointment verification text messages later and I arrive at my appointment only to be told they can't see me because in order to go by pay slide scale I need 3 consecutive pay stubs and two pieces of mail. I asked why no one told me this important information to bring when you guys called me and text me plenty of times. Her response was she dosen t know and would I like to reschedule. Hellllll nah!!!!! Get yall mess together nortshore.
Awful! Awful! And awful!!!! I'm expecting my 4th child, came to North shore thinking I would have a good experience, I was wrong!!!! The obgyn was very rude, mocked me when I had real concerns about my baby, and just was downright unprofessional. Never going back! Avoid them at all costs if you can!! I've never cried more today than I have in a long time.
Absolutely ridiculous. I waited 3 hours just to be told my prescription had been sent in already when I never once received a phone call. They also confused me with another patient and told me something seriously wrong was going on, when it turned out to not be for me at all ! Horrible..
Run don't walk, this place sucks. Substandard Dr's. I went in for a Xray of my thumb, was told by Dr Mita I had a sprang, two days off and go back to work. Upon realizing my thumb wasn't getting better, I want to a specialist. My thumb was cleary broken on the tip, half into. My job sent Dr Mita paperwork to fill out, and she refused. Like I had never been there. I was so upset, will never ever go here again, and will advise others to do the same. This place is a joke.
Worst medical center in the WORLD. DO NOT GO THERE. They treat their patients like CATTLE. I have made two appointments, both times doctor wss not in....When I tried to ask receptionist why didn't they call to tell me. I was interrupted by another receptionist. She didn't say excuse me. They dnt care of the inconvenience you or your day. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL.
