Great customer service, and they have the cutest clothes and nick nacks. Adorable store, love it. I will definitely be returning there to shop. Got my mom a blouse there, and she absolutely loves it.
I went to Francesca's around 6pm yesterday. I have heard some good review about the place and decided to give it a try. As I walked in, I was just getting off of the phone with someone. I soon began looking through the racks of clothes. I heard someone say something, but no one was near me so I turned around and there were to workers. One at the register and one halfway across the store from me. I assumed they were talking with each other. I turned back around and started browsing through the clothes again where I picked up a shirt I liked. Then I hear someone rudely hollering at me "HOW ARE YOU!?" I turn around to see the store employee giving me a nasty look waiting for a response from me. I just smiled and said "good how are you?" she then ignored me and continued to stare at me with a snarky look on her face. I then put the clothes back that I intended to purchase and left the store. This employee was so rude just because I did not know she was talking to me from halfway across the store. I am usually not one to complain. I myself work in customer service and know that the public is hard to handle at times, however I did nothing to this employee. Good customer service would have been to come directly up to me and ask me how I was and if I needed help with anything. Not yelling at me from across the store and get rude when I do not hear you.
