I worked with a salesman named Nicky. This was the first time I ever purchased a high quality shoe. I walk around 16 miles a day at my job so top of the line shoes are absolutely necessary. Nicky was very helpful and patient. He guided me through the whole experience with thorough details and examples. I didn't like the first shoes I picked out so I returned them after a couple weeks with absolutely no hassle. I love my 880s now and even got some money back. My feet don't hurt at all even after the 16 miles a day. I feel like companies like this one are very rare. New Balance cares about its customer and wants to go beyond the standard to meet the customer requirements. You aren't just a $ symbol in their eyes like so many other companies these days. Take care of your feet as your feet are an investment. You won't be disappointed
The staff at this store were friendly and helpful, and for that I am truly blessed! I don't want to sound like this is personal to the people at New Balance. Great job folks! But New Balance shoes are absolutely the worst! Very poor quality shoes that don't last even for a few months. I've been wearing a $160.00 pair of their top of the line shoes for 3-4 months and there is literally a hole in the toe box of the right shoe. Soon there will be the same hole in the left shoe also! How can expensive shoes wear out that fast!? It almost seems impossible that $ 160.00 running shoes could be so poorly made, but my toes are starting to come out of the right shoe! UGH!! I'm NOT a marathon runner or triathelete, but someone who walks and runs a few miles each day to stay healthy! Good thing, otherwise these shoes would have lasted about a month. I paid top dollar for shoes that are poor quality, flimsy, and wore out almost immediately after I purchased them. These are the worst running shoes I've ever purchased! NEVER AGAIN! Hear me! NEVER AGAIN!! Caveat emptor: buyer beware!!! Don't buy New Balance shoes!!!

Marie went through a multitude of shoe and insert combinations in order to find the correct fit for me. It was welcoming to have an experience with an employee who really cares about her job. That in turn led to a pair of shoes and inserts that have greatly reduced my lower back pain to almost nothing. Simply because of great products and employees who wanna help. Thanks again, and I'll be coming back as long as you're there.
Always leave with a nice quality shoe. Nothing beats New Balance !!! Definitely worth going.
