Went into appliance section, looked at refrigerators for about an hour. No one asked if they could help me. After I selected what I wanted to purchase, went to the desk looking for assistance. The appliance personnel, are also the kitchen cabinet people, all 3 of them were assisting people designing a kitchen and 1 other was helping a couple about appliances. For over the hour we were there. So we said adios and left.
Disrespectful liars. Bought closet doors Aug 30 that were supposed to come with handles. The store never called to say the order came in. I had to call them. The installer cancelled the scheduled day of installation. The next week the installer came to my home Oct 26 & acted like a disrespectful brat who was in a hurry to get out of there the whole time he was in my home. I mentioned the handles first thing but he would not check for them. The handles were NOT installed & when I asked about them I got nothing but denial of responsibility from both the installer & the store. The installer ran out of my house so fast he left plastic tape on the doors & left his drill behind. I got several calls the next day about him needing his drill right away & he was quick to come back for it. The store should have gotten the handles for me shipped overnight but instead told me 2 weeks but put a "rush" on them so who knows, maybe sooner? I am definitely not a priority to them.
The associates at my local Home Depot are ALWAYS willing and able to help with any kind of project! Even though I'm pretty knowledgeable about home repair and projects, they are still very helpful in providing that special know-how, supplies and tools needed to get things done quickly.
I picked up my special order paid for the rest of my stuff at customer service. Had hands full and a lady questioned to see of I had my receipt and instead of offering to hold something I had to put everything down and pull my receipt out. Best of all I had 2 big packages of paper towl. Who steals paper towel.
good place. has all the name brands and the best selection of building supplies.
