Refused to open a manned check out lane. They were forcing ppl to use "self check out lanes. I don't work at lowes nor do I want to. Paint ppl were great.
Hard to find an associate. When we did find one, they did not seem to happy to have to assist. One associate eventually showed up and was very helpful. We weren't needy or asking a ton of questions, just in need of basic information. Prices are definitely better here than at other major home improvement retailers.
