To many people not enough cashiers long lines
JCPenney portraits have made me a happy customer multiple times here. Ask for Nikki. She's so awesome! Especially with kids. (She's done my kids photos for a few years now and she's just great with them!)
It was a great day of shopping! I found good values and very helpful employees . Loved it.
The lines to check out were all extremely long. The shoe department had a closed sign on the counter by the register @ Southlake Mall in Merrillville, IN
