It's not that I hated this place, but I had a really bad & upsetting experience for something simple.
I had a transaction come weeks ago where the saleslady excluded one of my purchases. So I called on the same day and notified the guy, who said he was so called "manager" . He apologized, etc.. And said to make. up for it, he'll send me the missing purchase and even include a couple more. About 2 weeks had past, and nothing was received in the mail. So I called again and a woman answered this time and apology was said again. She said she's also a "manager" and will put aside the missing item, will put aside a little put together bag thing for me for the inconvenience , & sent an email out to notify staff (Because this time, I said) I'll just drive out there & pick it up myself.
I went in to Victoria's Secret to get some gifts for my daughters birthday. I had picked up several items to purchase and made my way to the cash registers to check out. There was no one in line there. and no one around to ask if there was another area to check out. After about 10 minutes of standing there waiting, a person said from across the store, that checkouts were only open on the PINK side. There was no signs at the VS side to say that we needed to go to the other side to check out. So, off I went over to the PINK side and there were about 10 people in line and one checkout open. I waited another few minutes in line and then put everything back and left the store. I felt that the least VS could do is place signage in the areas that no checkouts are open. Very disappointed.
Once by the register, the person who knew my situation didn't even ring me up nor told the person who actually rang me up that the item was for free.
Everyman loves walking by this place I am no different.
So, overall, this store led me to (2) failed commitments
And just how many "MANAGERS" are there in this store?
Amazing customer service and over all Great team! Shout out to Shell, Lowe, & Sherry They were very kind and helpful to my Sisters and I.
By the time I arrived at the store, I stood in line patiently and told one of the saleslady who approached me of the reason I was there . She then said there was no note nor anything put aside.
Very helpful staff but they don't smother you. Helpful and courteous while I was in the store, and I even called later in the week and the woman helped me find the name and item number for a bra I'd been searching for!
I was then told to just walk over to the area to get that (1) missing item & go back in the long line to purchase it.
