There just flat out rude
Rude employees. They go out of their way to avoid or just plain ignore customers. If you ask for help they get a attitude and walk away.
Clean and a great variety of stores!
I've been in other F21's and enjoyed my experience. The store in South lake Mall is unorganized, messy and apparently short staffed since there was a line of 15 people and only one extremely slow associate. I will not be visiting this store again.
