What can I say that hasn't already been said? Surprise credit checks that aren't disclosed in the terms of an online prepaid rental, only once you're about to pick up the car. Short, disinterested staff that likely comprehend how incorrigible the company they work for is. Mismatched wait periods for resolutions on refunds. I was told at the time of my cancellation my refund would take 3-5 business days. Called on the 5th business day, sans refund, and was told the escalation would take 24-72 hours. Called on the 72nd hour, and customer relations emailed me back to say it takes 10-21 business days from the day it was cancelled to refund. Unbelievable.

This place was great the customer service guy was very pleasant and respectful and helpful, the car was not as I wanted but it did the job. The only issue was that they close early on Saturday morning and I needed the car until 4pm but had to rent an extra day, which I didn't need it.

Do not rent from Budget, they are absolutely ridiculous! I prepaid for a rental vehicle and was denied when I went in to pick up the car. So I requested a refund and have been waiting for over 12 days for my money that they have already taken. I had to call to get them to finally manually process my refund. Now I have to wait an addition 5-7 business days for my money. This is not how a business should be ran. I come to find out from the last customer service person I spoke with that the guy I talked to days before never fully processes my request so my refund wasn't sent to the department. I am beyond frustrated and I was never allowed to talk to a supervisor. So long story short don't rent from Budget, go to Enterprise those guys are awesome.

Our 24 foot truck broke down and we were originally going to have to pick it up at a distant location which did not work for us. Instead we were offered two 16 foot truck's for about the same rate. As it turned out one 24 foot truck was too small and two 16 footers were completely filled. We were very happy about this outcome and how we were treated.

Tried to upgrade. Was told money would not transfer. Wouls be 5 -7 day wait. Rebooked on new card. Went to pick up. Bait and switch for 15 person fixed van(was being used for moving) so wouldn't work. Again 5-7 day wait and possible cancellation fee! HORRIBLE!

It's sad you have to post fake reviews to bulk up your company's rating instead of bulking up the customer care relations and competence of your staff.

I highly expect this to go beyond 9/5. Don't bother posting your email or number under my review, Budget. It's Enterprise from now for my corporate trips, despite their inflated deposits.
