I can't even give this place 1 star....I made reservations online and paid in full online and when I got to the Avis store there was not a vehicle for me I had to wait 5 hours for one to come in which is just unacceptable!!!
Just left there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My mother (a senior citizen) was charged $72 a day ++ for a compact. Was told to bring car back at 8:30am. They don't open until 9am. The manager came out to a group standing in front of his door at 8:48 and very rudely pointed at the 9am opening time and asked "what does that say?", even though he had told multiple people to there early. Will NEVER use this company again. Also, no corporate CUSTOMER SERVICE numbers for bad service. Wish there was a rating for less than one star.
Rented an intermediate SUV but upon arrival I was given a larger vehicle and loved it! Gas mileage was a bit more but Toyota 4Runner made up for it in comfort and room!! Thank you! Only complaints I have on any car rental is there is no manual or cheat sheet to teach how to work the controls! My truck is 10 yrs old and with all the new technology it is a bit confusing. Every rest or gas stop was a learning experience! On the way home we were pros at working the radio and phone! LOL. Customer service at this location is always friendly and helpful at least the times we have rented. We will rent from you again!
Very impressed with this Avis Location because of the service provided. The gentleman who helped me had two cars for me to pick from and was genuinely enthusiastic about getting me into a nice rental. I believe most of the negative reviews of this location stem from corporate problems rather than local ones.
horrible customer service they double charged my car and when I get to the actual office they sneak attack me with a 100 dollar hold they put my account in the negative and did absolutely nothing to try and help me besides tell me to cancel the resevation...very upset with my experience...be cautious if you still decide to do business with them after reading this review
