Worst Strarbucks experience i’ve ever had. Somehow the almond milk was Bad!!! And they said that’s how it looked!
I'm a Starbucks frequent costumer and I have always seen nice friendly faces whereever I go. Unurtunately today and at this location I can not say the same. I'm driving back to Chicago and decided to stop by for some coffee. My mom order the drink for me and they had it wrong, not saying she is perfect, yes she could have made the mistake. I kindly ask the barista if she could make another one because my order was wrong. She emideatly blamed it on my mom, they made another drink I said Thank you 2 times no reply then finally I had to say THANK YOU loudly so that they could hearme. I have to say they were not busy and I work in the service industry so I know how it can be sometime. It's not about the money but if this job is not for you then go find another where you don't have to deal with costumer service. Sunday November 19 at 3:21 just hoping that a manager can see this review an no one else has to experience sure custumer service.
Awesome customer service, pleasant and friendly staff. They all work well together as a team. It is clear that both the employees and management take pride in this particular location. The fact that they don't have a drive-through is not an issue for me because it's so much better than some other locations I've been to. Will totally trek through snow and ice come winter to visit this location!
Good service with friendly baristas. Short wait. Clean store as well. A smaller location, but has cozy seating and atmosphere. Easy parking.
Standard experience from Starbucks. A very nice location, product and people. This one is better than others that have the music too loud. Not as many accessible outlets than i would prefer but there is normally enough
