My husband went and picked me up some food. Broccoli cheddar soup was great, however my bacon turkey bravo, which I’ve never had an issue with before, had old turkey on it, couldn’t even eat it, and he asked for extra bravo sauce but instead, got NO bravo sauce. Very disappointed.
Waited a long time for my order. When my name appeared on the "ready board" I went to pick it up, and my order wasn't there. One of the employees picking up someone else's order spoke pretty harshly to me there. My chicken Alfredo dish had very little chicken. I was pretty disappointed all around.
Excellent Panera bread. I have phoned in orders, place orders online, and ordered plenty at the counter. They are always quick, professional, and willing to accommodate special requests. It's also super clean! And there is always an available seat. Carin, one of the managers, provides great customer service and I always appreciate the rest of the staff here too.
Panera bread is pretty good! I don't go very often because it is very pricey for the little food that you get. For two people get ready to spend around 20-25 bucks. To enjoy great and fresh food, I now only go there to get the broccoli Cheddar BREAD Bowl that is absolutely delish!! Depending on your appetite it can be filling! I will also get their famous green tea and maybe a cookie! That will usually cost me about 9 bucks! Which isn't too bad for a great quality meal that isn't McDonald's or Wendy's! The bbq chicken flatbread and avocado melt is pretty amazing as well! (When you don't mind splurging a little!) Around lunch time it can be very busy so go if you have enough time! Drive thru and lobby will normally take about 20 mins during peak hours!
This has to be the best Panera Bread I've ever seen. The service is 5-star and the people are really nice here. Lunch can get busy but there's always seating. What's awkard is when you're here alone and you need to go to the bathroom or get a drink. The service is so non-stop that your plate will be cleaned and your seat taken already. I kinda wish there was a way to tell them I'm not finished with my food and I'll be right back.
