Very slow service. Coffee always made wrong
They lock the doors at 8 when the door says 9 drive thru said 10 . The man told us to pull around and never came to the window so we drove off very bad customer service. This is the second time we went there and they close early with bad service.
I actually grew up on dunkin' donuts so to have this one less than a 1/2 a mile away makes it a plus for me by it's self. Not to mention the great customer service I receive when i visit.. The food quality is excellent too.
Precise and friendly! Even with an early morning Rush the team worked diligently and they had a calmly presence around them. Thank you
Came through the drive through as the only car for a turkey cheddar bacon on a crossaint and a mocha cold brew, I got a chicken bacon on a crossaint and a caramel cold brew with absolutely no sugar... was my order really that damn complicated? Not to mention your staff doesn't know the difference between chicken and turkey/ mocha and caramel?
