The support staff is nice and friendly. But, Dr. Smith is rude and condescending. I boarded my dogs with them when I had a home fire. My dogs were very happy there. So I had my daughter bring one of my dogs there because he had swelling in one of his ears. Dr. Smith tried to push my daughter to let him cut on him to bring the swelling down after telling her it may go down on it's own (it actually was going down, we just were taking him to the vet as a precaution). He was rude and she even walked in on him talking about her to the staff who were visibly uncomfortable when she approached. So I would recommend that if you don't want unnecessary procedures pushed on your animals, go elsewhere for more courteous and honest service. Maybe the other doctor (Dr. Marler) is better. I've never had contact with him. Also, like I said. The staff is VERY NICE. My dogs boarded there for weeks while I was out of my home because of the fire. When I came to see them or check on them they were always happy. So boarding with them I would recommend. But, if your pets need medical attention. Go elsewhere or ask that they not be seen by Dr. Smith.

This place is very unprofessional when it comes to head management. I had an interview for Kennel attendant. After the interview the manager called me the next day and said to come in on Tuesday so I could discuss pay and set up my schedule with the head office manager named Linda. It is an hour before I have to leave for my meeting with her when the person I interviewed with called me saying the position has been filled. I got the story of why this happened an old employee called Linda directly and asked for a job and Linda being as unprofessional as she is said yes, and then called the other office manager to tell me the position has been filled even though I was hired for the job. So if your planning on working here or taking your pets here I would reconsider. This whole matter was handled very unprofessionally.
Take both our tiny maltipoo and our giant Bouvier des Flanders here for shots, care, neutering, grooming, boarding and very pleased with the care and service.
I want to say Thank You to this animal hospital. My dog Damion has been gone for awhile now and I never got to say Thank you, to this very professional,reasonable,respectful,place. They also made a donation in his name. Thank you again for being wonderful.
