The cashier was so rude not even a thank you for both of the purchases we made. He barely even spoke or acknowledged our existence! While I do understand they too want to go home because it was at closing time, he lacked professionalism and just plain decency. Not even to my child he said a word. Apparently, I've since found out it was actually the manager, who was the rude guy to us! Ain't that a shame!?!
Only bathroom in the store is unisex. Men & women freely coming in and out whenever. This is totally unacceptable!! I know some gas stations, etc only have one bathroom but at least they have a locking door. I was going to be spending well over $200 today but they lost a sale. If they get the bathroom situation changed I might consider shopping there again. It's your decision who you want to be bathroom buddies with and it should be my decision who I don't want to share with. I love all people but I also love my privacy.
My kid loved the store. Great layout and easy price match. Other stores make you jump through hoops to get the price match, but it was super simple here. Just make sure to check prices. It was even cheaper on the toys r us site than in the store.
Terrible customer service. Unprofessional and rude. Not willing to communicate with customers. If you have other options on a place to buy toys go elsewhere! We will be avoiding this store at all costs, even if it requires us to pay a few dollars more.
What a pit, I'm not surprised they're closing. Reminds me of Kmart before they went down, no one there cares, floors are a mess toys strewn anywhere. I'm glad they're closing. Ill stick to online shopping where i don't have to worry about tripping on stuff and being ignored by every "salesperson".
