I never see like this school befor the student are RACIST and the teacher too. if you come other country please don't go this school you will go home with a tear. racist ,racist ,racist school........
Love their adult education programs. The teachers are amazing.
It really is a great school, very welcoming and oriented towards students' interests—whether it may be athletics, academics, or anything in between. The environment is also encouraging and excellent, with the teachers providing the information and students providing the effort.
Overall, it's wonderful. Merrillville doesn't get enough credit.
horrible school DO NOT enroll your kids here. last week a student was attacked by a teacher for talking back the student was injured and then expelled and the teacher was just given a 2 day suspension so they "won't look bad"

I really liked going to merrillville for the most part they have a good schedule for all of our classes. But I'm just so fed up that this school picks FAVORTITES I couldn't walk the stage due to an incident that could of been prevented if the school would of handled a situation professionally. I recently found out as well that I couldn't walk due to my big mouth another student was able to walk after he go into a fight AT school 2 weeks before graduation. They like to pick & choose who they would like to help.
