Jim (the owner) is horrible to work with and rude to everyone from the client too the insurance agent handling the claim. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!
Storm Damage Specialists of America helped us get a free roof that had damage from a recent storm. Even though I called my insurance company they said they couldn't do anything because of how old my roof was.
Apparently-that was a not true, because Jim Kennedy came out to our house and in 2-weeks we had a check from our insurance company that covered the entire cost of the roof. Our premium didn't even raise!

Wish I would of read this before. I have been trying to get my money back for a job Jim had no intention of doing but took my insurance money for. He is unreliable, and untrustworthy. He aways has an excuss for not able to meet me to refund my money.
