I missed a package delivery while at work, I went in that night and they said it would be ready by 7:30 am the next day. When I went to pick it up in the afternoon I waited for about 10 minutes until the clerk came back and told me she couldn't find my package. This is just one of many times I've been disappointed by the USPS.
they try real hard, they are under staffed and under pressure to keep the line of customers down. baaaah sheep. baaah. i think their bosses should look into this matter. but then postage prices will go up, so it's a perfectly balanced system. 5*
Thay always drive in my yard and get there vehicle stuck. I understand if you tire come on the grass when getting close to mail box. But back up and my yard to trun around. Use the drive way to turn around not the grass
I'm not sure what day or time all the negative reviewers visited, but I came by around noon on Thursday and had an excellent experience. The lady who assisted me told me all my options and helped me choose the best for my package. Not only was it excellent service, but I was in and out in 5 minutes!
Went to mail 15 envelopes at 6:20 pm and was told that they were not going to mail them because I they closed at 7:00pm therefore I would have to come back tomorrow. Cashiers as well as Supervisor were very rude and unprofessional.
