Police were rude and abused there authority

Was on 55 coming out of crown point. There was a funeral procession behind us. When we got to 55 and 30 there was a red light and we were in the right lane to go straight The funeral procession still behind us was led by a merrillville cop ,when he got up to red light he proceeded to put on his squelch and pulled into the intersection where the people who had the green light were going east and west making them stop so the procession could go thru the intersection. I have always learned that if the first car of a funeral procession gets thru the intersection then the light turns red you yield to the rest of the cars but I feel this was very wrong on the part of the merrillville police
Called to report lights out on RT 30 and I 65 and all along the mall. Rediculous phone service. Nobody, just a recording. It directs you to other number. Duh...Your calling from a cell phone. How do you write down the number!
