You don't even have to go into the store in Merrillville - just called there (Saturday October 9th, about 10:30am) to ask a question, and the older, husky-voice woman who answered the phone practically spits venom into the phone with her attitude. Unhelpful, snotty, and with an attitude, it's turned me off into even going into that store to shop, period ... and I plan on using social media and the three blogs I write to spread the word.
worst place ever!!!! do not waste your time with the rudest staff ever!!! i came to return a record player that i bought from there and it was over priced and when i first opened it, the turn table was extremely slow and i had a two year warranty and when i went to go return it, i was yelled at by the mean manager for bringing it to the store!! i bought a record from there too (which was also very overpriced) and when i put it in the record player, not only was the song very slow from the extremely slow turn table, but the record was scratched. also, when i called customer service to file a claim, they were also rude asf and said they would call be back with more information. called them in 2015 and still waiting for that call. they were no help at all! the stupid lady (i still have the receipt and her name was Jenny) at the cash register convinced me to buy the 2 year warranty which was a big waste of money so now i spent $150+ on junk!!! go to hell fye and all your rude and crappy workers too ;)))))
