I had all of the carpets in my home steam cleaned with a couple of them deodorized as well. The crew members that arrived were named Gerald and Eric. They did an absolutely terrific job. I was able to schedule an appointment on Saturday morning for Saturday afternoon. Super quick service.
Expensive and try to nickel and dime you for every service they offer. I have used SS for 10 years but after my recent experience I will be using another company next time.
I called today and they came 4 hours later ! My 3 year old wanted to watch the whole time and the techs were so good with her. Our newborn son napped to the sound and they were done in 2 hours ! Happy mothers day present to me, i should have had a glass of wine ha ha ! I got the deodorizing enzymes for the dogs and I really love how the carpets ate not soaked after they left . I had a really poor experience with Stanley Steamer. My husband and I recently bought a home from a family that had a dog. We called six carpet cleaning companies to get price-quotes and find the best possible company to clean the floors. Empire's quote was the most expensive of the six places we researched, but we chose to go with Empire (regardless of price) because of their reputable name and history of service. They warned us before they came to our home that they might not be able to get all of the stains out but guaranteed us that the floors would be clean because their vacuum could "lift a 13lb bowling ball". They also guaranteed us that their odor-protection was the best of any carpet company and would knock out the odors with ease. However, they did not live up to any of their promises and we ended up losing almost $800 on carpet cleaning that simply didn't work. The day after they left, and the carpet was dry, I took a piece of painters tape and stuck it on the carpet. When I pulled up the tape, it was COVERED in dog hair, dirt, and even a piece of food. It was absolutely disgusting. I was shocked by how ineffective their cleaning was and how much our house still smelt weeks after they cleaned the floors. We were so disappointed with their quality and will never use or recommend Stanley Steamer to anyone. Just to be fair though - the men who came out to our home were incredibly kind, friendly, and respectful. I enjoyed having them in our home and was so thankful for their personable attitudes! Our disappointment came from the quality - not the people. We were not refunded any of our money and ended up having to pay to have someone else try and clean them because I didn't trust Stanley Steamer to do it again after the incredibly poor job they did the first time.
This was for a rental house they left stains and pet hair in the carpeting, had them come back and reclean the carpeting and they still left pet hair and stains in the carpeting. They charged me for more stairs than I actually have this was the worst carpet cleaning job I have ever had, from $118 quote I ended up spending over $400. The odor eliminator did not work they were rude when I asked to come back to reclean the stains and pet hair in carpeting that were left behind in the carpeting this service was terrible and very expensive.
