There was long wait, they were running an hour late.
i would recommend you stay as far away as possible. the whole staff acts like you are delaying them time away from there phone. and god forbid you need them to fill out any paperwork you may need for work be prepared for the run-a-round of your life. if you ask the doctor he says you have to give it to the front desk then the front desk will tell you it will take 7-10 BUSINESS days for the doctor to sign it and charge you to do so. and that 7-10 days turns into 30+ days with excuse after excuse coming at you.
Dr. Scott Andrews did a knee replacement on me on 11/2014. And he did a great job. I feel that he is one of the top surgeons in his field. I had my other knee done at Rush in Chicago 5 years ago, and I feel that Dr. Andrews is a far better surgeon than the other one that worked on me at rush. I have told everyone i know about what a great job he did, and i would recommend him in the highest regard. If you are looking for a top performer he is your man.
Dr Andrews did double hip replacements on my husband in 2012. He is very knowledgeable and both times we went in for surgery it was a great experience. I would recommend him
Then met with a nurse who was barely interested in what I have to say symptoms wise.
Finally met the doctor who seemed like he was in a hurry to look at me and get me out of there. Overall not a very good experience!
